"I'm a violent criminal," said Chester Vance. "I can't believe they'd let me out on the streets without the resources I need. They're setting me up to fail." Vance spent much of his prison term in nearly solitary confinement due to a tendency to "punch out child molesters" when he got near them. He complains that due to his confinement he did not receive access to enough resources to speed up his rehabilitation. Now he roams the streets, fighting his demons, looking for work and a permanent home.
