The Spenst family moved to the area from Mansfield, Ohio, in June, due to Mansfield's 25% unemployment rate. A job lead for the mother, Carissa, fell through and the Spensts have been forced to move in with the parents of Brian, the father. Ethan, 8, and Elianna, almost 2, are the children on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009.
